To use our website, you do not have to disclose any personal information. In some cases however, we require personal data (e.g. name, address, e-mail) in order to be able to be able to offer you our services. The same applies when processing your inquiries.

We always store only data, which you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily. All transmitted data is kept strictly confidential and stored on our servers for data backup. If you use our registration form, this data will be transmitted to the Etech-Akademie and stored on our servers for data backup. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be used exclusively for processing your registration and performing our services and stored in accordance with legal requirements. In case of contact via e-mail, the data of the user transmitted with the e-mail will be stored and processed.

2. Automatic storage of non-personal data

When you visit our website, our web server stores the following data as standard:

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC („Google“), on the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offering within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f. 5. Security of your data

The Etech-Akademie has taken technical and organisational security precautions to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. All employees working for the Etech-Akademie as well as service providers are committed to the valid data protection laws. Data stored on our servers is encrypted before each transmission to prevent unauthorised access by third parties.

You can contact us at any time if you want to find out about personal data that we hold about you. You can contact us at any time if you wish to have personal data corrected or deleted.
